I am a commercial lawyer and act for a wide range of private, corporate, business and overseas clients. I am a specialist in commercial, property, investor category immigration, and trusts..
My property practice covers commercial and residential conveyancing, and includes all aspects of unit title and subdivisional works. I also act as a corporate adviser on operational, structural, legal and tax issues.
With over thirty-seven years experience in the legal sector in the Southland, Otago and Central Otago regions, I have built up extensive knowledge of local conditions, and developed close relationships with the business community and local government.
I hold a wide portfolio of directorships including being Chair of The Power Company and OtagoNet, and a Director of PowerNet, GWD Russells, Campbelltown Seafoods, and Barnes Oysters. My directorships have enabled me to better understand the needs of corporate and commercial clients, and to tailor my services accordingly. You might be interested to know that PowerNet has won a national award for community sponsorship of St John in Southland. Link to the full article here if you’d like to know more.
Out of the office I enjoy skiing, golf, and am an ardent horse racing and sports fan.
