I am excited by the role I play in the Southland and Central Otago community and believe that this experience and network enables me to better serve the needs of local businesses.
I have been involved in a number of voluntary positions, including on the boards of the Dunedin Kindergarten Association, Southland Law Society, DARE Incorporated and Southern Team Co Limited (both “Sting” and “Steel” netball franchises), Invercargill East Rotary Club and committee member of “Building a Rotary Dream” where a house was built and sold raising approximately $200,000.00 to assist the homeless in Southland. I am currently a trustee of Koha Kai Charitable Trust, Director of Cromwell Rotary Club and the Rotary Youth Exchange committee for District 9980.
I am currently organising a fundraising project where the community will build a house and sell it at auction with all net proceeds of sale being donated to St John to be used to Rebuild the St John Station House in Cromwell. If you are interested in supporting this project please give me a call.
I have also featured in the New Zealand Law Society newsletter and on their website. Please click here to read the article.
