Grant joined AWS Legal as a partner in the Litigation team in February 2015, having spent time prior to that in Hamilton as a Barrister.
Grant’s career has seen him work as a research clerk for the Auckland District Court Judges, work for both small and large law firms, including time in London with a large law firm there. His specialty has always been commercial and civil litigation. His aim is to assist clients to achieve cost effective results.
As well as working as a lawyer he has spent time in the Caribbean as a scuba diving instructor, has achieved a black belt in karate, holds soccer coaching qualifications and has recently taken up kendo. He enjoys fishing, whitebaiting and the outdoors in general and is enjoying the opportunities to participate in those activities that Southland offers.
